When will I start to pay?
While you’re on the free Starter plan, you won’t pay anything. The moment you upgrade to Basic or Premium, your first installment is charged immediately.
How do I pay?
First Draft Pro uses Stripe to process secure online payments, and we accept all major credit cards. You can manage your billing details anytime from your account settings.
Do I need to pay to add collaborators?
On a paid plan you can invite as many collaborators to your projects as you like. Free collaborators can view a project, but need a Basic or Premium subscription to comment, edit, or invite people to their own projects.
Can I buy licenses for a group or school?
We offer bulk and educational licensing for teams, writing groups, agents, publishers, and schools. Reach out and we’ll talk through the options that fit you.
What if I don’t like it?
If you aren’t happy after 2 months, we’ll refund you in full. No hard feelings.
